Early Career Teachers Network Meeting
With the busy nature of schools, new syllabuses, increasing emphasis on working mathematically and complex student needs, it's as important as ever that early career teachers reflect on their experience and practice. Surrounding yourself with people going through a similar experience but from a diverse range of school settings can allow teachers to feel seen and heard, identify solutions and strategies that they otherwise wouldn't and enjoy the satisfaction of contributing to the growth of others.
MANSW's Early Careers Teachers Network brings teachers together to debrief, reflect, explore and learn in a positive and constructive way. Our education consultants will guide participants through activities that allow them to express their perspectives and find helpful ways forward.
